Pregnancy Update

I am so excited that I am pregnant and so thankful that it happened so quickly this time, but I must admit I am not one of those ladies that loves being pregnant. In fact I think I hate it! Its a good thing I love babies or else I think this might be my last pregnancy. The first 16 weeks were horrible! I was throwing up between 3-7 times a day and I still felt sick after I threw up. You can ask Tyler, I literally did nothing all day. I couldn't even get out of bed until around 1-2 everyday. Than I was coaching tennis for the girls Timpview team, which I still need to post about becuase I loved every second of it! But the entire season I was in my first trimester and it was hard. I used any energy I had towards the team. My house got so messy. Luckily I have the best family and both my mother in law and mom came and cleaned. I am so glad that Tyler works from home and could help out a lot and that Aspen is the easiest baby. While I was sick she would go get toys or books and come play by me. She is such a sweetie.

During that time I tried several different medications to help with the nausea and only one kind of worked. But even on that medication I still felt nauseous, but at least I wasn't throwing up as much so I wasn't getting dehydrated. Well around 16 weeks I started feeling a bit better. I was only throwing up about 1-3 times a day, which is such a great improvement. Now I am 19 weeks and I am happy to say I am only throwing up about once or twice PER WEEK!!! Yipee. I am still exhuasted, but that is normal and I think every pregnant lady goes through that.

We find out what we are having in about 2 weeks. This is the famous question I keep getting asked. If I had to guess right now I would say a girl. I am not sure why becuase I don't really have any feelings or guidance that is what we are having, that is just my guess. Which is really funny becuase if I was in control I would be having a boy for sure. But if it is indeed a girl I will be just as excited. A girl would be much easier in the fact that they will be sharing a room and I already have all the necessity for a girl. They will even be born around the same season. So I guess now I will just wait and see! Any guesses?

Tiff I am so sorry that you have been so sick. That is awful. I was sick like that with both babies and I do not enjoy being prego. So glad that you are feeling better. I vote boy! Can't wait to hear!

I'm glad that you are feeling better. That sounds like quite the rough pregnancy so far. I wish you all the best. And I vote boy. Just my guess.

It would be fun for Aspen to have a sister so close in age...
