9 months

Well I guess she is really 9 1/2 months now! I don't think I truly understood the statement, time flies, until I had Aspen. She is so precious, sweet and my little angel. I wish I could lock her up and keep her this sweet forever. Here is an update on Aspen
  • 14lbs (.39%) She is now on a high fat diet, but I am not really concerned about her weight! She if following her daddies curve
  • 25.5 inches long (2.5%)
  • Finally fits into 3 month pants
  • 3 teeth
  • crawling and walking along furniture
  • can stand up and sit down
  • waves goodbye
I love my little girl! She truly is so innocent and such a happy girl. Last week I was nursing her in her room when she started smiling and waving towards the ceiling. I looked up to see what she was looking at and couldn't see anything. Finally I felt what she could see, my little brother Danny was up there! I said his name and she giggled and kept waving to him! How sweet is that. I know that my little brother Danny is looking after her and the rest of my children waiting up in Heaven to come down to earth. Here are so pictures of my little angel!

She is so little yet doing so much. (although she is getting bigger then the bear :-) And those eyes - wow what a cutie. That temple trip seems so wonderful - glad you had a great week!

She really is just super cute. It isn't about WEIGHT that makes the doctors concerned--its about the amount of fat that is able to get to the brain and liver that is what they are usually most concerned about. I realize you probably already understand this all...but sometimes if little ones are underweight the doctors are worried about the amount of nutrients that are required for proper growth and development more than whether or not your babe will be a skinny or fat kid/adult. That's probably why they want her on a high fat diet...to pad her brain and give her future a healthy start.

Laughing. You already know this. Just making a point to all your avid readers who may be wondering. :)
