Valentines Day, and 7 months

This year was a great Valentines Day. Tyler got up and made me breakfast in bed. My favorite, stuffed french toast :) Then we went on a double date with our neighbors, the Rasmussen's! It was so fun much to hang out with them. We went to a Valentines Variety show with Jessie Clarke Funk and Daniel Beck. These guys were great. Daniel is Josh brother in law and has an incredible voice. After the show we went out to eat at Olive Garden. Thanks Rasmussen's for a great night out!
Aspen is 7 months now and is such a joy. Really she is such a sweet baby. Here is an update on Aspen:

• Sits up perfectly. Expect for when she wants a toy and she dives after it
• Crawling (yes Aspen is mobile, she does a cute army, toe crawl)
• Has never been sick or kept me up all night (she has a small cough right now, but doesn't really show any signs of being sick, I will knock on wood)
• Sleeps 11 hours at night and takes 2-3 naps. She is only sucking her thumb when she is tired and going to sleep. Yippee! Its so cute.
• Loves people food!!! Her favorites are chicken and mac n cheese. Any time Tyler and I eat she opens her mouths and stares you down until you feed her.
• Her favorite baby food is sweet potatoes and rice cereal with fruit.
  

• Has never had a diaper rash (knock on wood)
• Is FINALLY in size 2 diapers.
• Still wears newborn pants
• Has almost outgrown her 0-3 month tops and sleepers
  
• This is the cute face I get to wake up to every morning or nap time.

Aspen really is such a great baby. Everyday she makes me smile and I am so lucky to be her mom. We have so much fun reading books and playing each day. Every stage I think to myself, wow this is the greatest stage ever! I loved the newborn stage, but I am also loving the crawling stage. She learns something new each day and it is so exciting to watch!
