Not my back again!

Well this week has been crazy. Last Sunday I woke up to find out that Tyler was sick. So I got Aspen dressed and heading into church myself. Well Heavenly Father has a weird sense of humor becuase instead of blessing me for going to Church all by myself (I make it sound like it is so hard to do) he curse me with hurting my back! While I was pulling Aspen out of the car I pulled out my back. I managed to get Aspen into the building and make it through sacrament. After sacrament I knew I couldn't handle sitting any longer so headed to the car. One little problem... I couldn't hardly walk and I definitely couldn't carry Aspen to the car. Well Traci Purser to the rescue. She saw me struggling and helped carry Aspen to the car. I managed to drive home, but again I couldn't carry Aspen upstairs! So I sat in the parking lot crying and praying someone else needed to come home from church early. Well my sweet neighbor Sy came to the rescue. He carried Aspen upstairs to my Condo.

As many of you know I already have a lot of back problems. I have degenerative discs and bulging discs in my lower back. I have pulled my back out before, but it has been such a long time and I haven't done it this bad for a while. So I tried everything I could to make my back better. Epsom salt baths, massages, stretching, and walking, but nothing seemed to help this time. I couldn't really take any medication becuase I am nursing. So I just had to wait out the pain. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday I couldn't get out of bed without being in lots of pain. Then Wed and Thur I felt a little better and could at least walk around the house. Friday came around and of course I get sick! So I stayed in bed all day. Then Saturday rolled around and I started feeling much better. Now that it is Sunday I can walk around without being in to much pain! I still haven't attempted to carry Aspens car seat, but at least I don't cry every time.

And off this pain was the reward I got for trying to take Aspen to church while Tyler was sick! LOL!!!
