The last 2 weeks have been so fun. I have started to get the hang of being a mom and have gotten back into my daily routine. I started walking when Aspen was 2 1/2 weeks old. I can go about 3 1/2 miles. I am still so slow, but it feels great to be able to exercise again. I sure have missed it. I figured I better get my butt into gear while I was still excited to exercise. I also started reading again. I read baby wise, and Breaking Dawn. Baby wise has helped me get Aspen into a schedule. I don't follow it exactly, but it gave me a great starting place. Also Breaking Dawn.... Well I wont saying anything becuase I know lots of you haven't read it.
Tyler and I also saw the new Batman movie! We took Aspen along and she did great. I am lucky to have such a great baby. She loved all the loud noises. And the movie was incredible. The Joker is portrayed exactly how I imagined it. I didn't think it was as dark as everyone said it was. There is no blood and you don't even see the actual killings. Also there is no swearing. Such a good movie and I recommend it to everyone!!
Then this last weekend Tyler, Aspen and I went to the family cabin in Sundance. Saturday night we had some friends over. We ate pizza, played some pool and had a fun time talking and laughing. Then we slept over. Sunday Tyler made me muffins in the dutch oven and then we went to my parents ward. After that we hiked up to Stewart Falls. It was so beautiful and the water level was a lot higher than it has been in a while! Then after the hike Tylers family came up for dinner! It felt great to get out of the house and spend time with friends and family!!!

I LOVE baby wise, I am a huge fan! And all my kids have slept through the night SOOO early, it's great. Keep it up. And my baby is 14 months and I still am not motivated to exercise, what is wrong with me!
So cute that Aspen has that little blue bow in her hair! You are such a good mom to do that! :) I'm glad you are walking and went for a hike. Come out to Keystone! :)
I'm so happy for you!! Kenya was a really good baby too, and it makes everything so easy! I'm a fan of baby wise too, it helped me a lot!
I also share your opinion on Batman! I LOVED it! I didn't think it was dark either.. and the Joker... oh my! he was scary!!
I finished Breaking Dawn... so if you're up to talk about it, I'm dying to talk to someone about it!! it was SO GOOD!
Got your comment...yes! Rick would love to have Tyler as a hiking partner, and you and I (and kids) would take the outlet mall by storm! lol

Yea! I'm so excited to see your little one and to see that you're doing well. She's gorgeous! And I LOVE the nursery-- your mom did an awesome job! Congrats Tiff!
its always nice to get out of the house. what a darling baby.
I could not find your blog for the longest time. I happened upon it and am so happy to see your little sweet girl! I remember seeing her in the nursery. She is so cute! That is scary about having PIH and having to be admitted to Utah Valley. I am sad that I did not get to see you, but a happy that Aspen is here! Being a Mom is the best!
Wow-I had lots to catch up on! She is so dang cute! I also loved your nursery stuff that your mom made-very impressive. Okay and I am so glad that you are okay-your story about having to go to the ER was so scary and I am happy that everything turned out okay.
I am so happy to see you have been blessed with Aspen! She is so adorable! I love seeing pictures of her! Love this background as well.
